PJDIt was only when I moved into international education in 2001, after (x) number of years teaching English language and literature in UK independent schools, that I was provoked/inspired/forced to really examine my assumptions about teaching. After a dozen years now teaching English and Theory of Knowledge in international schools, this blog is an attempt to relay some of that rethinking, and to continue discussions with some of the creative practitioners I have worked with.

Comments and discussion are always welcome, but I should also issue a disclaimer at this point: I don’t always agree with everything I say!
